Center building, close to the inner viaduct, is located in YangPu bridge high-class business area, one of the 4 functionnal area of YangPu District. It will be formed in a business trangle with north bund and LuJiaZui. The west side, connecting with north bund, will build up an international purchasing and service center. The east side is FuXing island leisure functionnal area.

The center is equipped with multi-functionnal conference rooms including simultaneous interpretation conference room， meeting room with different sizes and VIP room，etc. The atrium of the building has display shops.
